Privacy Policy

VoiceOS follows a data-minimization approach. We collect only the information needed to provide voice transcription, AI text processing, account access, usage limits, and product support.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Information we collect

We collect your email address, password authentication data stored as a hash, login/session tokens, account status, plan or usage limits, and basic timestamps needed to operate your account.

When you use transcription features, uploaded audio files may be stored temporarily or operationally in our uploads system. We may also store transcription metadata such as title, audio URL, duration, model used, language, processing status, and creation time.

VoiceOS is designed to avoid storing full transcription text by default. Transcription results are returned to you in the application. You should copy or save important output on your own device.

How we use information

We use account information to let you sign in, manage access, apply usage limits, provide admin support, and protect the service from abuse.

We use audio files and transcription metadata to generate transcription results, display history, calculate usage, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party processing

VoiceOS may send uploaded audio or related request data to third-party speech recognition or AI providers in order to generate transcription and text-processing results.

Provider availability, limits, pricing, and processing behavior may change. We may switch providers to maintain service quality.

Data deletion

Account deletion is not currently available as a self-service feature. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

We will process reasonable deletion requests subject to operational, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and security requirements.

Some technical logs, payment records, backups, or security records may remain for a limited period where required to operate or protect the service.

Security

We use HTTPS for public access and store passwords as hashes rather than plaintext passwords.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for using a strong password and keeping your account credentials private.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as VoiceOS changes. Continued use of VoiceOS after updates means you accept the revised policy.
