Terms

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VoiceOS, a voice transcription and AI text-processing service. By using VoiceOS, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Use of the service

VoiceOS helps convert audio into text and transform text into structured outputs such as notes, summaries, drafts, and other writing formats.

You are responsible for the audio, text, files, and instructions you submit to VoiceOS.

Recording consent and lawful use

You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent before recording, uploading, or processing audio involving other people.

You may not use VoiceOS for illegal surveillance, unauthorized recording, harassment, fraud, infringement, or any activity that violates another person's privacy or legal rights.

AI and transcription accuracy

Speech recognition and AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on it for business, legal, medical, financial, academic, or other important decisions.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment issues, excessive automated activity, or prohibited use.

Usage limits and third-party providers

VoiceOS may enforce free or paid usage limits based on plan, provider cost, technical capacity, or abuse prevention.

Some features depend on third-party AI, speech recognition, email, hosting, or payment services. These services may change, fail, rate-limit, or become unavailable.

No resale or abuse

You may not resell, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, attack, or disrupt VoiceOS or its underlying providers.

You may not submit malware, harmful files, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to process.

Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Paid plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund.

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your VoiceOS account email and Creem order number. Refunds are discretionary unless required by law and are reviewed based on purchase date, account usage, abuse risk, technical issues, and payment records.

Refunds are primarily intended for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or major technical failures that prevent use of the service. Payments are generally non-refundable after the service has been substantially used.

Requests made within 3 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund if there has been little or no transcription or AI processing usage. Requests made within 4-7 days may be reviewed case by case. After 7 days, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Quarterly and yearly plans may be prorated only when a refund is approved. The used portion of the billing period, consumed usage, provider costs, abuse indicators, and support history may reduce or eliminate the refundable amount.

Refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on Creem, the payment network, and the user's bank.

Platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, or chargeback costs may not be refundable unless Creem or applicable law requires otherwise.

After cancellation without an approved refund, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Your account then reverts to the Free plan.

Limitation of liability

VoiceOS is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or data-loss damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as VoiceOS evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
