Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of VoiceOS, a voice transcription and AI text-processing service. By using VoiceOS, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Use of the service
VoiceOS helps convert audio into text and transform text into structured outputs such as notes, summaries, drafts, and other writing formats.
You are responsible for the audio, text, files, and instructions you submit to VoiceOS.
Recording consent and lawful use
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent before recording, uploading, or processing audio involving other people.
You may not use VoiceOS for illegal surveillance, unauthorized recording, harassment, fraud, infringement, or any activity that violates another person's privacy or legal rights.
AI and transcription accuracy
Speech recognition and AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on it for business, legal, medical, financial, academic, or other important decisions.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment issues, excessive automated activity, or prohibited use.
Usage limits and third-party providers
VoiceOS may enforce free or paid usage limits based on plan, provider cost, technical capacity, or abuse prevention.
Some features depend on third-party AI, speech recognition, email, hosting, or payment services. These services may change, fail, rate-limit, or become unavailable.
No resale or abuse
You may not resell, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, attack, or disrupt VoiceOS or its underlying providers.
You may not submit malware, harmful files, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to process.
Limitation of liability
VoiceOS is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or data-loss damages resulting from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as VoiceOS evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
